Tuition and course materials for all language and culture courses
Double occupancy dormitory at Foreign Student’s Hotel at Shandong University
Three meals a day for the duration of the program
Weekend excursions in or near Jinan
Train tickets from Beijing to Jinan, Jinan to Qingdao and train tickets from Qingdao to
Beijing
Tours in Beijing, Qingdao
Group travel insurance

Medical insurance must be purchased for the entire program. Unless the student already have medical insurance policy in place, the program will purchase group medical insurance on the student’s behalf and costs will be billed to the student. Cost for group medical insurance is US$75 for the duration of the program. Personal and miscellaneous charges such as Visa application fees, Chinese airport surcharges (Beijing and Shanghai), baggage overweight charges, communication bills, laundry, and any type of activity that is not part of the program will not be covered in the program fee.
Travel visas can be obtained by applying at one of the five embassies in the US located in Houston, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco and Washington DC. For a small fee, ITC can apply the visa for you.
